Prospective Tech is a Business Strategy Firm. It assists businesses and non-profit organizations in gaining a deeper understanding of AI applications through a comprehensive training program designed to keep companies and their employees at the forefront of AI development.

Prospective Tech's training program begins by emphasizing human-centered design, identifying company strengths and talents, providing soft skills training, conducting team analysis, fostering team building, and highlighting their importance in company growth and effective AI utilization.

The Problem

Today it is impossible to be competitive without properly integrating Technology within your business ecosystem. Through years of experience, research, study , what we have found at Prospective Tech is that companies do not have a proper handle on the power of these important tech tools (Artificial intelligence, Big Data and Algorithms), thus not being able to form a competitive strategy with the uses of these tool or services that they may provide.
 

The Solution

At Prospective Tech we conduct a thorough examination of a company’s operation (ecosystem) searching for the connection and relationship of each component of the organization. Then we test the business strategy against the industry standand  that they serve  with the most advanced understanding of the  tools (ex data collection, A.I. Machine learning etc) available. These  results form a business strategy that’s easily scaled and properly takes advantage of all available resources.
 

Social Impact

In 2018 Prospective Tech began working with Temple University and The University of Pennsylvania to develop a unique approach to how companies evaluate the effectiveness of their impact on the community in which they serve. The goal of this initiative was to close the gaps between how communities and companies perceive their relationship and to create a supporting ecological system where both will benefit. In the era of COVID-19 and the world’s racial awakening, symbolism which is at the core of most these relationships with community and corporate entities can no longer exist if there is to be real impact.
